We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped via our trusted courier partners to ensure reliability and timely delivery.
Delivery Areas & Timeline:
We currently deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, the products ordered, and courier availability. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, natural events, or high demand periods.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and are displayed at checkout. Agranik may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to terms and conditions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time and plan for delivery accordingly. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and address details to avoid delays or delivery issues.
Delivery & Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery to ensure that all items are in good condition. For perishable and edible products, it is recommended to check the items immediately upon receipt to confirm freshness and quality.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photographs of the affected items. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement as per our Replacement Policy. Please note that this applies only to damaged or wrong items; standard orders cannot be returned.
Shipping Limitations:
While we strive to deliver to all listed areas, there may be remote locations where delivery is unavailable. In such cases, our Customer Support team will notify you and provide alternative solutions, such as delayed shipping or order cancellation.
